Return and Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed, you have 30 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to refuse a return if the item has been washed, used, or damaged. To complete your return, please follow the steps below.

  • Place your item in the original packaging it was shipped in
  • Reseal the packaging with the secondary bag seal on the package
  • Place the new shipping label on top of the old one, covering the old shipping label
  • Drop the package off at your nearest Canada Post location


Gift cards are non-returnable.


Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee may apply, if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition.


Refund Confirmation

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.


Shipping on Exchanges in Canada

We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. To give you a little extra peace of mind, PKTS will cover shipping for one exchange per purchase, per customer, excluding accessories and totes. This service is only available to Canadian customers.


Defective or Damaged Goods

If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange. Please email us at for instructions on how to proceed.
